Safeguarding

Our Commitment to Safeguarding

We are committed to ensuring a safe and respectful experience for all children, adults, families, and communities who come into contact with Neotree or our partners (in person or online). Neotree has a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of abuse, harm and harassment.

Our Trustees, staff, volunteers and partners, have been trained on and have committed to adhere to our Safeguarding Policy. The policy applies 24 hours a day, seven days a week, whether at work or at home, to make sure our behaviours are always of the highest standards.

If you are concerned about the behaviour of a Neotree representative, please tell us as soon as possible. All our staff and representatives understand the high standards of behaviour expected of them, with zero-tolerance of exploitation or abuse of anyone, especially children and vulnerable adults.

If you are concerned about a child, at-risk adult or the behaviour of a Neotree representative please report this.

Neotree relies on donations and grant funding. We would love your support to roll out the Neotree system to further sites and reduce newborn mortality.
