Becky Donnelly joined Neotree in February 2026. As the Finance Lead, Becky oversees the financial strategy and operational health of the charity as it scales its life-saving digital health platform across national health systems in Malawi and Zimbabwe.

Her work focuses on capacity building and financial transformation, ensuring Neotree’s operations allow its clinical and tech teams to advance its programs.

Becky is a qualified FCCA accountant with a background in managing large-scale institutional grants (including from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and Gates Foundation). She believes that robust financial governance is the backbone of sustainable impact, and is honored to contribute to a team that is redefining neonatal care through digital excellence.

Having worked in over 25 countries across Africa, Asia and Central America, she is now based in Helsinki with her young family. Hobbies outside of work include exploring her new home in Finland (come snow and sunshine!) and having friends and family visit, especially if they bring Cadburys chocolate and Yorkshire tea bags.
