Gladys joined the Neotree Board of Trustees in November 2025. She believes Neotree is vital in the transformation of the healthcare system in Africa, which in turn contributes significantly to the social and economic development of the continent.

Gladys has over 15 years of experience in financial services across Africa, with expertise in Treasury Management, Digital Financial Services, Business Development, Organisational Transformation, Project Management, and Strategy. She is passionate about advising start-ups and small businesses, offering insights on strategy development, organizational growth, and governance, empowering businesses to scale effectively and thrive in competitive markets.

Gladys is a Venture Partner at Obudu Capital, a Non-Executive Director at NCBA Bank Uganda, and an active angel investor with the Nairobi Business Angel Network. She previously served as the Country Manager at XENO Investment Management, Uganda.

She holds a B.Com in Economics & Finance and an Impact Investing in Africa Certificate from the University of Cape Town, alongside certifications in Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, Investment Management, Investment Operations and Risk from CISI (UK), and Private Equity & Venture Capital from Strathmore Business School. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments (UK).
